What motivated you to go to university?
The great desire to help my family move forward and give them a better quality of life.
Why did you choose your career?
Since I was 13 years old I have worked in construction with my dad and I liked the art that it entails.
When did you become an IAMCBOB Scholar?
In 2012.
How does the IAMCBOB scholarship help you?
Apart from financial help, it has connected me to incredible people, from which I have learned thousands of great things for my life.
What are your plans after graduation?
I hope to start my own business in construction and obtain an education past undergraduate.
What is your ideal job?
A job in which I can dedicate time to my family and friends, and at the same time offer employment to other people.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself on a farm outside of Medellin, waking up everyday to work in my own company and my family without worries.
